By using CynicalSally.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s fine — but then you don’t get to use the service. Your loss.

The Service

CynicalSally provides AI-generated feedback on content you submit, including links, screenshots, and files. The feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment and informational purposes. It is not professional advice.

Your Uploads

When you submit content for review, it is processed by our AI and permanently deleted after your feedback is generated. We do not store, share, or retain your uploads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SuperClub Membership

Sally’s SuperClub is a paid subscription (€1.99/month or €9.99/year) that provides unlimited reviews, professional analysis with scores and actionable fixes, and PDF exports. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your SuperClub subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you’re genuinely unhappy. Contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use CynicalSally to:

• Submit illegal content or content that violates others’ rights
• Upload malware or malicious files
• Submit content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service
• Use the service for harassment or targeted abuse of individuals

Disclaimer

Sally’s feedback is AI-generated and provided “as is” for entertainment and informational purposes. While we strive for useful and accurate feedback, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review. Don’t make major life decisions based solely on what Sally thinks of your shoes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CynicalSally and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its feedback.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
