Grounded 2: Into the Abyss

The backyard finally learned that every survival game eventually becomes a wet cave with teeth.

Cynical Sally reviews the games

Into the Abyss expands Grounded 2 with a huge pond built for exploration above and below the surface.

Diving suits, submerged biomes, a koi, a diving bell spider and the amphibious Toe-biter buggy make the update feel meaningfully new.

It is still Early Access survival, so every heroic plunge also carries the traditional threat of a crafting menu asking for three obscure glands.
